I coach in Paris and offer remote coaching in Europe, Middle-East (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Lebanon), and Northern America.
My firm belief is that each leader has talents that can be further developed for increased performance. Only by fostering areas of strength and addressing current limitations can serious professionals optimize their leadership skills and practice.
Deeply familiar with the global realities of the business world, I have nurtured a career-long understanding of intercultural aspects. I have been involved in integration projects for an extensive number of acquired companies and built a solid background in the field of change management.
I started my career at Atos, then worked in several key sales and marketing positions for Schlumberger. Between 2002 and 2019 I held various human resources positions at Gemalto, including a ten-year stint as a business unit vice president. I have been based in France, the Czech Republic, and Finland.
I graduated from ESSCA Business School and from the University of the West of England. Familiar with the most impactful development and assessment tools, I am certified both on Hogan and Talents. I hold a Master in Coaching from the University of Pantheon-Assas in Paris, and I am certified on Systemic Strategic Approach.
